I believe food should fuel your goals, support your health and still be something you genuinely enjoy. My approach is personal, practical and motivating, helping you build long-term habits, feel your best and get results without restriction or confusion.

Meet Madi

I am a Qualified Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Nutrition Science from Deakin University and am registered with the NSA (Nutrition Society of Australia). Through my academic and practical experience, I have developed a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition and a holistic approach to health and wellbeing!

I enjoy supporting clients in developing simple habits that improve daily nutrition, enhance performance and promote balance. I believe that nutrition should feel approachable and empowering, and I take pride in helping my clients feel confident in the choices they make around food!

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I value a balanced lifestyle and believe that good nutrition should enhance everyday life while still allowing room for enjoyment, flexibility and connection with others.
